Thomas DeCarlo
CEO & Creative Director
A life-long multi-disciplinary artist, Thomas provides both the creative driving force and the vision for DeCarlo Animation. In addition to his role as writer/director/producer, Thomas is central to the animation and technical design of our productions. He is the founder of Collabrix, a production software company, and the founding President of the Coalition of Independent Cinematic Artists.
Brad Wisler
Producer, The Encounter
A tech entrepreneur and software developer, Brad has a long track record of successes as a founder and investor. Brad helped launch the production with a focus on fundraising and business development.
Anna Strout
Producer & Casting Director, The Encounter
Anna Strout serves as a producer, casting director and educator for Voices of a People’s History and their many partner organizations from Lincoln Center to 400 Years of Inequality. She’s also a proud member of The 24 Hour Plays producing team.
Meredith McGriff
Executive Producer, The Encounter
Director of Technology and Communication for the Financial Women’s Association of New York, and a founding member of the Coalition of Independent Cinematic Artists, Meredith advises on all aspects of the production. A folklorist, potter, designer, and entrepreneur, Meredith is a vocal advocate for Indiana artists.
Sheryl Woodhouse
Operations Manager
A business development and PR consultant, Sheryl has 25 years of experience founding and growing organizations – particularly in the arts and social impact. She was recently the Chief Operating Offer of PR firm, Rock Paper Scissors.
